At Solar Bermuda Ltd., we offer a range of products and services that are consistent with our intent to provide a quality experience for all clients.
1. Free site assessment and quotation.
Our qualified professionals will conduct a site visit of your home, during which the best location for a solar system installation will be identified. It is also an opportunity for you to have your questions answered. Once the onsite assessment has been completed, you can expect a formal quote for consideration within 5 business days.
2. Ordering your system and planning and rebate applications.
Upon approval of the quote, your solar system will be ordered. The process of ordering, shipping and customs clearance generally takes 3 – 4 weeks during which time we will submit all relevant planning and rebate applications on your behalf.
3. Delivery and installation.
In addition to system delivery and installation, which generally takes 2 – 3 days, Solar Bermuda will also managed all required inspections.
4. Commissioning and walk through.
Once the installation is complete, the system will be commissioned and tested to ensure proper operation and monitoring. We will also take the time to meet with you to explain how your new solar system works and the various benefits that you can expect.
BELCO Interconnection & Rebate
No need for you to worry about interconnection and rebate; we will coordinate and manage all interconnections with BELCO, including final inspections and the submission of your rebate claim.
Maintenance
We encourage your consideration of our Photovoltaic and Solar Hot Water maintenance packages, which include quarterly onsite inspections of your equipment along with a number of service tasks that will ensure your system continues to operate at its maximum potential.
